Training Courses
The Teacher …..
Following the success of my initial classes in Henna Artistry and Application back in 1993, I wrote my first official training course manuals in 1995. I held my first Class of 10 candidiates in Manchester back in April 1995 – Luckily for them I really know my stuff, because all my notes and training manual were stolen along with the contents of the rest of my briefcase including passports etc… the day before in Amsterdam when we were leaving a tattoo convention where we had a booth…
Since then I have succesfully taught over 500 candidates personally, a further 1000+ candidates have been taught with my professional henna training course. I have personally taught classes here in the UK and overseas in Australia, New Zealand, California & Bahrain. My training courses have also been taught in Sweden, Norway and Holland.
I was approached by the I.H.S.B.C. to write a V.A.I. Henna Body Art training course for Hair & Beauty colleges in the UK in 1996. this training course is still offered today in hair and beauty colleges around the country, enabling literally thousands of people to embrace the traditions and techniques of Henna Artistry & Application!
Jagua Products are new to the Temporary Body Art Industry, so there is not a wide variety of training courses on offer at the moment. Fortunately, as I was instrumental in the formulation & development of the new range of Jagua Tattoo products, I have been working with them for over 18 months. So I am also highly proficient in the new skills and techniques used to create realistic tattoo designs as well as some of the more traditional South American styles and designs…
